Share Gear Information Without Giving Up Account Control

A bandmate, tech, or production contact often needs to see part of your gear information, not your whole account.

Share information, not credentials.

RigVault Loadouts can be shared as a read-only link. Anyone with the link can view the Loadout (the gear it includes, its readiness state, and its documents) without an account of their own and without any access to the rest of your RigVault workspace.

Protect ownership and billing.

A shared link never carries account access. Subscription, billing, and every other account control stay with the account owner. Sharing a Loadout doesn't hand over any part of the account itself.

What's coming next.

Read-only Loadout sharing is live today. Team access for techs and assistants is also live: invite them as Admin or Crew from Settings, Team, with billing staying with the Owner. Sharing for Rigs is still on the roadmap.

Can I share a Loadout without giving someone access to my whole account?

Yes. You can send a bandmate, tech, or production contact a clean, read-only link to a specific Loadout. No account is required on their end, and they only see that one Loadout.

Can I share Rigs the same way?

Not yet. Read-only sharing currently covers Loadouts. Rig sharing is planned but not available today.

Can a guitar tech or assistant manage part of my account?

Yes. Invite them as Admin or Crew from Settings, Team. Crew access is per section, and billing stays with the Owner. Read-only Loadout links remain available for people who only need to see a specific gig.
