RigVault

RigVault Features

Everything your rig needs, in one place.

Inventory is how people find RigVault. Operational gear management is why they choose it. RigVault manages your gear as a working system, not a list of stuff, from the moment you catalog an item to the day it ships out for a gig.

One product model, four parts.

RigVault is built around how musicians actually work with equipment, not a generic asset database.

AssetsCasesRigsLoadouts

An Asset is the individual piece of gear you own. A Case is the physical container it travels in. A Rig is the working configuration it's part of. A Loadout is what actually needs to leave with you for a specific job. None of that is a rigid hierarchy: the same piece of gear can show up in more than one Case, Rig, or Loadout, because that's how real rigs work.

FAQ

Questions about RigVault features.

What does RigVault actually include?

Music gear inventory, Cases, Rigs, Loadouts, insurance and warranty documentation, gear history, documents (riders, stage plots, manuals), and read-only sharing for loadouts. Everything is connected to the same underlying gear records instead of living in separate tools.

Is RigVault only inventory software?

No. Inventory is the foundation, but RigVault is built around operational gear management: organizing equipment into Cases, documenting it in Rigs, deploying it in Loadouts, and connecting protection and history records to it.

Do I need to use every feature?

No. Most musicians start with a basic inventory and add Cases, Rigs, Loadouts, and protection records as they find them useful. Nothing requires the others to work.
