Band gear is nobody's job until it's a problem.
Some gear belongs to the band, some belongs to individual members, and PA or backline sometimes gets rented for bigger shows. When nobody's tracking it consistently, "who has the DI box" becomes a real question at load-in.
How this works today.
RigVault is one account per person right now. There's no shared band workspace where multiple members edit the same catalog yet. What works today: whoever manages the band's shared gear catalogs it in their own RigVault account, then shares a specific Loadout as a read-only link with the rest of the band before a show. No account required for anyone receiving the link.
What's planned.
A proper shared band workspace, where more than one member can add and edit the same gear catalog, is on the roadmap. We'll update this page once it ships rather than describe it as available now.

Can multiple band members share one RigVault account?
Yes. Invite band members as Admin or Crew from Settings, Team. Crew access is per section, and billing stays with the Owner. You can also share a specific Loadout as a read-only link with no account required.
Can bands share gear information?
Yes. Invite them as Admin or Crew from Settings, Team, or send a read-only Loadout link when they only need to see a specific gig.
What do I do about gear that belongs to individual members vs. the band?
Possession type on each Asset record covers owned, gifted, financed, band-owned, and related cases. Invite members with the access they need, and keep billing with the Owner.
